I want to thank you all for leaving comments on my Christmas Drawing blogs. I’ve had so much fun doing these, and I have some different types of give-aways planned for 2014. But for this week, I want to offer one last Christmas drawing. Your responses have absolutely brightened my weeks. Our winner for the 4th Christmas Drawing was Diane Castiglione. Big congratulations to Diane.

There’s still time to pick up a copy of The Christmas Quilt before Christmas. My prayer is that it will be a blessing to you during this holiday season.

Now let’s do another Christmas give-away! Today we’ll give away–

  1. A nice 15″ x 15″ quilted square that I picked up at a quilt show.
  2. A quilted angel ornament
  3. BLING from me–letter opener, keychain with a flashlight, fridge magnet.
  4. Plus I’ll send a signed bookplate as well.

To enter, please leave a comment below telling me your favorite Christmas song.  This can be country, rock-n-roll, contemporary Christian, Christian rock–whatever you like best. To earn an extra entry, post on facebook, tweet, email to someone or call someone! If you want to post on Facebook or tweet, you could put —

Celebrating Christmas with a quilted square and a lot of bling. Details at @vannettachapman #amishromance

Post another comment letting me know you’ve posted, tweeted or shared and you’ll be entered TWICE! Blessings to each of you. May your December be filled with peace and joy. Also, if we reach 200 entries, I’ll give away a second package. (Though I don’t have another quilted square, I’ll find something.) So be sure to share with your friends.

I love them all!! I don’t think I can pick a favorite one.. Maybe I could come up with a Top 10 list.. but not just one..

I love so many Christmas songs! I would say my favorite is, Mary Did You Know. That song just tugs on my heartstrings. (Silent Night does too!)

  7. Susan Beaird

Silent Night! Singing at the midnight service in the dark with only candles light and nothing by harmony! That’s the best. Posted and shared

For me it is either Mary Do You Know or the called The Gift sang by Aselin Debison. They are two of the most beautiful songs ever done for Christmas and I would say for goosebump and tears and really makes be think every time I hear it would be The Christmas Shoes.

    1. Nancy Inman

I Love Mary Did You Know. My sister and I love your books. We pass them to each other, and then to some friends when we’ve finished. Have a blessed and very Merry Christmas.

  9. Chrystal Finniff

Christmas Shoes…. it’s really sad and has so much meaning behind the words…. Also The Little Drummer Boy I think that’s the name…. My dad would p lay it allot when I was a kid…he had it on an old record!!

  10. Sonja

Es ist ein Ros Entsprungen. It’s German and really beautiful. But there are so many others that I love that a absolute favorite is hard to decide for me.

  11. Nancy Inman

I Love Mary Did you Know. Your books are favorites among my sister and I. Also some of her friends. We pass them around. Have a Blessed and very Merry Christmas.

  12. Connie Price

I have a lot of favorites-“White Christmas”, “I heard the Bells on Christmas Day”,”Joy has Dawned”,and others!!

  13. Nancy Horn

The snow is falling outside to the tune of an inch an hour…and I could use some reading material! Something to cozy up by the fireplace and watch the lights blink on the Christmas Tree!!!!

  14. Linda Johnston

This year there is one that will be special to me and it happens to have been my dad’s favorite, I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day. Last January I went deaf and didn’t know if I would ever again hear the bells on Christmas Day or anything else. I was able to get a Cochlear Implant in June and I will be able to Hear the Bells on Christmas Day as well as hear all of the family.

My answer is a bit different from everyone else. Working in retail and hearing the same songs over and over can cause a little Christmas song burnout. BUT….hearing any Christmas song by Michael Buble gets me in the Christmas spirit. He can sing the classics like they were meant to be and he can sing the newer Christmas songs and make them sound classy.

  16. Barbara Thompson

My favorite song is Silent Night. It’s the first song I learned to play on the piano. As I got older, I could play Silent Night better.

  17. Judy Potter

My favorite Christmas carol is Mary’s Lullaby. I feel Mary would have all these thoughts -thoughts of all mothers as they look upon their newborn child.

  18. michelle conti

Has to be Merry Christmas Darling by the Carpenters 🙂 thanks for a chance to win. I shared on facebook 🙂

  19. Diane Liggett

My favorite is Hark the herald angel sing ….or as we call it Hark said Herald!!!! Love this time of the year!! Would love to win ….thank you for the opportunity!!

There is so many, but if I have to chose one, I think, today, I would chose Little Drummer Boy (tomorrow, it would probably be another song, I love so many, lol)

  22. Lindy Enlow

I did share the contest. And would love to win the beautiful quilt/book etc., but also wanted to share another song I enjoy. “The little drummer boy”

  23. Tina Rice

I just won the last drawing, so not entering this one….

Since the comments for that one are closed am leaving a note here–to tell you that my 9 year old grandson Zachary helped me hang the quilted wall hanging you made/sent me….he loved it, as do I..when he saw it he said, “Oh cool, this is so cool” He loved the way peace and joy was broken up and was on each side…I have it my living room. Thanks again

May you and your family have a blessed and very Merry Christmas!

    Blessings, Tina
