Blogging and Everything Amish

So how do you like the new look of my blog? The blue reminds me ofย  kitchen curtains, and the brown and orange remind me of fall. : ) I hope this will be a nice, comforting place that you enjoy visiting.

So I gave the blog a facelift, and you’ll notice a few other changes as well.

  • If you’re viewing my site directly, you will see a few lines of the new post and then a Continue Reading >>> button. Click on that and you’ll see the rest of the post.
  • The COMMENTS button has been moved to the bottom right hand corner of the blog.
  • I’ll only be posting twice a week. Saturdays will be Everything Amish–including fiction spotlights, giveaways, and pieces about Amish life. Wednesdays will be midweek inspiration.

I hope you like these changes and still enjoy the content of the blog. I’d love for you to share it with your friends. We have a nice group here, in my opinion. I know that I enjoy hearing from all of you. If you have any ideas for topics I should cover in Everything Amish or Midweek Inspiration, leave me a comment below. Or maybe you just want to say hello.

p.s. – I have also started guest blogging over at a new spot–Not Quite Amish. Tag over and give it a look. I think there will be a few people there you know.

Vannetta, I LOVE the new look of your blog! It’s wunderbar1 I have the same picture of that barn quilt from Shipshe at the Das Dutchman Essenhaus shops. I just came across it yesterday. That was such a fun day meeting you and sharing about your books. Keep up the good work. I’m enjoying A Perfect Square right now (wow!) and look forward to Material Witness and your new Middlebury Amish mysteries! You’re a sweet friend, and I hope that we meet again soon!
